Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria is seeking a dedicated Retail Duty Manager for our Glenroy shop. You will lead staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and community impact.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for helping others; you will coach a dedicated team and ensure smooth daily operations in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Retail management experience with a people focus.
• Proven track record in retail sales and beating targets.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Proactive attitude with a can-do team mindset.
• Good working knowledge of computer systems and POS.
• A current driver’s license is mandatory.

• Perform physical duties including standing, lifting up to 15kg and moving stock.

• Schedule: Friday & Saturday 8:45am – 5:15pm
• Hourly rate: $31.11 base rate + weekend loading + Tax reducing salary package

• A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
• Retail management experience with a real focus on people

• A current driver's licence (mandatory)
