Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is seeking a capable Manager to lead daily operations across our club facilities, including pool, gym, reception and F&B. You will guide teams, ensure safety standards and deliver exceptional member experiences, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

The role requires strong leadership, organisational skills and a passion for health and fitness, plus the ability to manage opening/closing procedures and maintain a pristine club environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and highly organised abilities.
• Strong interest in health and fitness industry.
• Adequate financial skills for operations.
• Experience in food and beverage is advantageous.
• Operational experience in a club or similar setting.

Responsabilités

• Take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers.
• Ensure efficient operations across the Club.
• Manage opening and closing of the Club.
• Provide leadership, motivation and innovation to teams.
• Deliver operational support to Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Crèche, Gym, Pool and Sales.
• Guarantee overall cleanliness and presentation of the building.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers
• Ensuring efficient operations across the Club
• Managing the opening and closing of the Club
• Providing leadership, motivation and innovation to teams
• Delivering operational support to all departments including Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Crèche, Gym, Pool and Sales
• Guaranteeing the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the building.
