Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Australia is seeking a Club Manager to lead daily operations and drive exceptional member experiences.

You will oversee multiple departments, ensure safety and cleanliness, and motivate teams to deliver outstanding service. Flexible hours and a premium club environment are offered to support a vibrant workplace culture. Previous food & beverage and operations experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership and highly organized qualities.
• Strong interest and passion for the health & fitness industry.
• Adequate financial skills.
• Experience in food and beverage would be an advantage.
• Operational experience.
• Current qualifications in First Aid & Resuscitation, RSA, Pool Lifeguard.

Responsibilities

• Take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers.
• Ensure efficient operations across the Club.
• Manage the opening and closing of the Club.
• Provide leadership, motivation and innovation to teams.
• Deliver operational support to all departments including Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Crèche, Gym, Pool and Sales.
• Guarantee the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the building.
