Job summary

Myndshift Group is seeking experienced CAT 793 Dump Truck Operators for an open-cut mining operation at Telfer, WA. FIFO from Perth on a 2/1 roster, with 12-hour shifts and overtime opportunities.

You will operate CAT 793 haul trucks and support occasional CAT 785 Water Cart duties. Applicants must have a minimum of two years' CAT 793 experience, current C Class license, Australian working rights, and be able to pass necessary site clearance checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' production mining experience operating CAT 793 Dump Trucks.
• Previous CAT 785 Water Cart experience is an advantage.
• Current unrestricted C Class driver's license.
• Australian working rights and ability to obtain Police Clearance.
• Drug & Alcohol screen within 3 months and pre-employment medical within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CAT 793 haul trucks in an open-cut production environment.
• Complete pre-starts and report faults or hazards.
• Follow site procedures for haul roads, radio and traffic.
• Work safely around dig floors, loading areas and tip points.
• Assist with CAT 785 Water Cart operations when required.

We are currently looking for experienced CAT 793 Dump Truck Operators to join an open-cut production operation at Telfer, Western Australia.

This opportunity is suited to experienced production operators with a minimum of two years' CAT 793 experience who are looking for ongoing FIFO work and the opportunity to transition into permanent employment.

About the Role

Working within the production team, you'll primarily operate CAT 793 haul trucks, with occasional CAT 785 Water Cart duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CAT 793 haul trucks in an open-cut production environment
• Complete pre-starts and report faults or hazards
• Follow site, haul road, radio and traffic procedures
• Work safely around dig floors, loading areas and tip points
• Assist with CAT 785 Water Cart operations when required

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years' production mining experience operating CAT 793 Dump Trucks
• Previous CAT 785 Water Cart experience
• Relevant machinery competencies or RIIs
• Current unrestricted C Class driver's licence
• Australian working rights
• National Police Clearance within 12 months, or ability to obtain
• Drug & Alcohol screen within 3 months, or ability to complete
• Pre-employment medical within 12 months, or ability to complete
• Ability to meet all site access and onboarding requirements
