The role combines hands-on clinical work with clinic leadership, culture development, and structured corrective care delivery.

Clinic Lead / Clinical Director Chiropractor — Dubbo NSW

Established 120+ OV Book. $155k–$171k OTE. Lead a Team. Monday–Thursday Only.

We don’t offer endless New Patients.

We value patient relationships and retention.

This is a Dubbo-basedClinic Lead / Clinical Director role where you’ll step into an existing book of approximately120 office visits per week, lead a small team consisting of a Clinic Assistant and a new graduate chiropractor, and work aMonday–Thursday roster with no Fridays or weekends.

Current on-track earnings are approximately$155,000–$171,000 per year.

What You’ll Be Taking On

You’ll be a hands-on clinician, but you’ll also be the local leader of the clinic, which means taking ownership of:

• Clinic rhythm and accountability
• Clinic culture and performance - developing and building the team.
• Consistent delivery of structured corrective care

Who We’re Looking For

You must have at least18 months of chiropractic experience and:

• Sound clinical ability
• A retention-focused mindset
• The maturity to take ownership of a clinic
• The hunger to grow professionally and financially

You don’t need to be the finished product, but you do need to be coachable, driven, and ready to step up.

Aligned Chiro is a group of wellness-focused chiropractic practices.

We are not a new patient mill. We are a retention-based, corrective care group focused on structured care, measurable progress, and helping patients use chiropractic as a long-term healthy habit.

Our care commonly includes objective testing such as x-rays where clinically indicated, posture assessment, and nerve scans, alongside corrective tools such as Dennerolls, mirror image exercises, and structured adjustment plans.

You’ll gain:

• Leadership training and experience leading a clinic — you will not be thrown into leadership and left to figure it out alone.
• Corrective care systems training — how to build a busy, sustainable, patient-centred practice.

Income, Benefits and Hours

We pay a base salary and performance bonus. On-track earnings on the current volume of 120 visits a week are approximately:

$155,000–$171,000 per year

The position may also be eligible for the following support through Rural Doctors Network:

• $10,000 annual scholarship toward postgraduate qualification
• $10,000 annual bursary toward CPD seminars and training

Clinic shifts are:

Monday to Thursday
8:00am–12:00pm and 2:00pm–6:00pm
