Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) seeks a Principal Leader for Delany College and Holy Trinity Primary, Granville. This permanent full-time role commencing Term 1, 2027, leads two connected Catholic communities from Kindergarten to Year 12.

You will provide strategic, spiritual, educational and operational leadership, honouring each school's identity while building alignment across the primary and secondary years, guiding an exciting development period.

• Honor and strengthen distinct identities of each school while aligning them for continuity from K to Year 12.
• Lead development and alignment during an exciting growth period for a connected K-12 Catholic learning community.
• Model lifelong learning and professional growth through ongoing qualifications and engagement with the profession.
• Foster inclusive, high-expectation learning cultures and collaborative partnerships with families and the parish.
