Drupal Developer — Hybrid, 12-Month Gov Contract

Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd is seeking multiple Drupal Developers to design, develop and maintain Drupal websites, applications and digital services for Australian Government projects in a hybrid setup. You will apply Drupal, PHP and web development expertise to deliver secure, accessible solutions that meet WCAG 2.2 AA, GovCMS, and government security standards.

Contract duration is 12 months with possible extensions; ACT-based candidates may be onsite in Canberra three days per week while interstate staff

Qualifications

• Experience developing, customizing, and supporting Drupal websites.
• Strong PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST APIs skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities; experience in Agile teams.
• Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain Drupal websites and digital services.
• Develop clean, scalable code and collaborate with stakeholders and design teams.
• Perform Drupal core and module upgrades, security patches and troubleshooting.
• Deliver accessible solutions meeting WCAG 2.2 AA, GovCMS and government standards.
