Ampol is seeking a dedicated HR Driver for dayshift at the Hemmant Depot. You will refuel onsite and deliver lubricants safely across Brisbane, contributing to safe, reliable operations while upholding Ampol values.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with a rotating roster and opportunities to grow within a leading energy company across Australia and beyond.

About the role

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Driver on dayshiftwho values safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic to become part of our dynamic team at the Hemmant Depot. In this role, you’llplay a key part in onsite refuelling and delivering lubricants safely, efficiently, and sustainably across Brisbane and Greater Brisbane.

Must haves

• Commitment to Ampol’s values
• A current HR licence
• Strong communication(verbal, written and presentation) with persuasive ability to influence change.
• Ability toprioritiseand meet deadlines.
• Safetyfocussed.
• Willing to commit on a rotating roster
• Demonstrated experience operating a HR truck

• Operational knowledge of relevant laws and statutes applying to the transport of petroleum products including OH&S, Environmental, Dangerous Goods and Transportation rules and regulations.
