Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver general freight to Defence customers safely.
• Load and secure vehicle daily while adhering to road laws.
• Participate in safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Actively participate in safety and toolbox meetings, and in incident investigations.
• Comply with all road laws and regulations, including private and public networks.
• Perform all tasks with professionalism at customers’ sites or in the public arena.

Role Overview

Shape the future of Defence logistics by supporting the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract. As a Spokerun/HR Driver, you will deliver general freight to Defence customers, assist with loading vehicles, and help prepare freight for dispatch within the Defence warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery of consignments with no damage.
• Load and restrain your vehicle each day.
• Complete safety vehicle checks and use scanners or complete paperwork as required.
• Actively participate in safety and toolbox meetings, and in incident investigations.
• Comply with all legislated road laws and regulations, including private and public networks.
• Perform all tasks with professionalism at customers’ sites or in the public arena.
