Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Glendenning NSW is seeking an experienced HR Driver for a permanent full-time role. The position involves side-lift collection vehicles, loading and unloading waste, and delivering to recycling and disposal facilities while maintaining professional vehicle presentation.

You must hold a HR licence with at least two years’ driving experience and be prepared for an early start at 4:30am.

Qualifications

• Must have a HR licence with at least 2 years' experience.
• Experience in the waste industry is highly valued.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing.
• Able to start early at 4:30am and work as part of a team.
• Strong safety and customer service focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate side lift collection vehicle for municipal contracts.
• Load and unload waste; ensure proper handling and containment.
• Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance of the vehicle inside and out.
• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.

The Opportunity

• Side lift collection vehicle for municipal contracts
• Performing loading and unloading duties of waste
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

You ideally will be an experienced HR driver

• Must have a HR LICENCE with at least 2yrs experience
• Strong work background - Waste would be amazing
• Side lift experience desirable but not essential - Will train the right candidate
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
• Must be available for an early morning start 4.30am
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service ethic
• Commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
