Lindsay Transport’s Mundubbera Depot is seeking an experienced Linehaul Driver to join our team. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday with 2pm or 5pm start times, delivering temperature-sensitive freight to major markets.

You’ll work with a modern fleet and safety-focused culture. Ideal candidates hold a valid MC licence, have solid driving history, and can demonstrate reliable customer service, teamwork and attention to pre-start checks.

Qualifications

• MC licence required with valid driving history.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Recent commercial driving experience.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safe Always – promote a safe work culture and practices.
• Temperature Sensitive Freight – handle and transport perishable goods safely.
• Customer Service – interact with customers professionally.
• Teamwork & Communication – coordinate with depot teams for loading/unloading and transport.
• Good Work Ethic – be reliable and supportive.
• Quality Checks & Control – complete pre-start checks and paperwork.
• Pick up / Delivery – occasional on-route pickups as required.

Linehaul Driver | Monday to Friday Roster | 2pm or 5pm Shift Start Time | Min. 10 to 12 hour Shifts

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Safe Always – Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.

• Temperature Sensitive Freight – working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling.

• Customer Service – Interacting with customers in a professional manner.

• Teamwork & Communication – Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight.

• Good Work Ethic – Reliable, supportive and the ability to have a go.

• Quality Checks & Control – Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.

• Pick up / Delivery : Occasional on route pick up required

What You’ll Bring:

• Current and valid MC licence.

• Current Forklift Licence preferred.

• Previous commercial driving experience detailed in your resume.

• Current BFM, preferred but not essential.

• A safe driving record, you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history.

• Commitment to workplace health and safety

• Strong customer focus with good communication skills.

• Well presented, professional and reliable.
