Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Medium Rigid Driver to join our Launceston team, operating HR trucks to collect waste and recyclables on long-term contracts and supporting medical runs and bin deliveries.

A valid MR licence is required with HR licence preferred; you’ll need good knowledge of Launceston and surrounding suburbs, and a safety‑minded approach with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience driving MR vehicles is desirable.
• Good geographical knowledge of Launceston and surrounding suburbs.
• Safety conscious mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Working on secure long term contracts collecting waste and recyclables.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Medium Rigid Driver with an MR licence to join our team in Launceston 7250 to safely operate HR trucks to collect waste and recyclables from our valued clients, operating Rearlift trucks and participating in Medical runs, as well as bin deliveries. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
