Cleanaway Waste Management is hiring at our Wingfield depot in Adelaide for an HR Driver as part of our Driver Academy. No heavy vehicle experience is required to start, with a 5-week paid training program to obtain the Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR) and cover uniforms, PPE, and driver training.

You’ll operate a range of waste collection vehicles across the Adelaide region, perform loading/unloading, deliver loads to disposal facilities, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service in

• Driving History Check with a minimum of 8 demerit points remaining.

Responsabilités

• Operate collection vehicle across multiple sites in the Adelaide region.

The Role

We're searching for dedicated individuals to join our team at our Wingfield depot. As a multi-systems operator with Cleanaway, you'll play a crucial role in operating a variety of waste collection vehicles throughout the Adelaide region. Your responsibilities will include the safe and efficient operation collection vehicles to collect waste from a variety of commercial locations.

You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet. You will be required to operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with company regulations, complete all paperwork and records accurately.

As a HR Driver You Will Be Responsible For

• Collection vehicle
• Performing loading and unloading duties of waste product
• Delivering loads to nominated disposals facilities
• Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out
• Comfortable with manual handling and working autonomously and as part of a team.

Must be willing to take a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test.

Cleanaway is seeking individuals to participate in an intensive training program which includes licencing and other training required to set you up to be a HR licenced truck driver.
