Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking reliable Bus Drivers (Poncho) and Sprinter Van Drivers for immediate start in the Northern Beaches. Full-time casual hours, AM and PM shifts, 7 day operation and a strong focus on community transport.

We are looking for candidates with a valid licence (LR preferred), Poncho and Sprinter Van experience, and the ability to pass a Fitness to Drive assessment. WWCC or willingness to obtain is required; a clean driving record and T‑conditioning accreditation are also

• Experience driving Poncho and Sprinter Van.
• Ability to pass Fitness to Drive Medical Assessment.
• WWCC or willingness to obtain.
• Clean driving record; driving authority application through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Operate bus and Sprinter Van for community transport.
• Maintain safety standards and customer service during shifts.
• Adhere to schedules and operate in a timely manner.
• Provide reliable, professional transport services to the community.

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence ( LR licence preferred)
• Experience driving a Poncho and a Sprinter Van
• Ability to pass a Fitness to Drive Medical Assessment
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
• Clean driving record (driving record required)
• Driving Authority Application to be completed through onboarding process
• Registered Public Passenger Vehicle Accreditation ('T' Condition) or willingness to obtain
