Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services in Western Australia seeks drivers with an HR licence to join the Liquid & Hazardous Waste team in Welshpool, safely operating liquid collection vehicles for Veolia’s Waste line of business.

This is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday role with overtime, occasional weekend and public holiday work. Start times range from 4:00 am to 9:00 am, with training to operate a range of fleet and equipment.

Qualifications

• HR licence required or equivalent.
• Must be safety conscious with a customer service focus.
• Willingness to undergo police clearance and medical checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate liquid collection vehicles on long-term contracts.
• Collect and transport multiple liquid waste streams to disposal sites.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

The Opportunity

We are seeking drivers with a HR licence to join our Liquid & Hazardous Waste team in Welshpool to safely operate Liquid collection vehicles for Veolia’s Waste line of business.

Full time permanent Monday-Friday opportunity with overtime, occasional weekend and public holiday work.

Start times available 4.00 am - 9.00 am

What you'll be responsible for

Working on secure long term contracts collecting liquid waste

Collection and transportation of multiple waste streams to disposal locations

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Ability to learn to operate a range of fleet and equipment

What you'll need to be successful

HC / HR licence required, preferably manual

Sound knowledge of Perth Metro area

Experience driving HR vehicles desirable however willing to train

Safety conscious mindset

Willingness to undergo and pass a National Police Clearance
