Job summary

Motion Asia Pacific is seeking a hands-on technician to assemble, repair, balance and service driveline components for the industrial, mining and automotive sectors.

You will diagnose faults, operate workshop tools safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace while delivering high-quality solutions and customer service. A trade qualification is preferred but not mandatory, with market-based salary and long-term career opportunities within Motion.

Qualifications

• Well-developed fitting and machining skills obtained in a workshop environment.
• Have a sound mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
• Experience operating manual lathes and welding equipment is essential.
• Demonstrate flexibility with varied tasks.
• Proven safety and quality focus in line with policies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair and service driveshafts and driveline components.
• Diagnose faults and identify repair solutions.
• Operate workshop equipment safely and effectively.
