Job summary

Macquarie Geotechnical is seeking a Drilling Manager to lead and oversee all drilling operations across infrastructure and mining projects in Australia. The role requires supervising drilling teams, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high equipment performance while driving efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager, manage performance, maintain equipment, and collaborate with logistics and engineering to deliver on targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum HR Truck Licence (preferred but not essential)
  • NSW White Card (Construction Induction Card)
  • Currency of First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)
  • Current and valid RI SI (RI SI) preferred
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical inclusive of D&A test
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance upon request
