Job summary

Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking experienced drillers for a long-term FIFO role in WA's Pilbara. You will operate across rotary, RC, diamond, or underground drilling with a 2:1 roster from Perth, delivering consistent, high-standard drilling performance.

The position offers competitive hourly rates up to 65.02 AUD for night shifts, weekly pay, and camp facilities including meals, flights and PPE. A strong safety focus and reliable team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year drilling experience.
• Unrestricted HR Manual Licence is required.
• DGSC or willingness to obtain.
• National Police Clearance and full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support drilling operations across rotary, RC, diamond, and other drilling methods.
• Maintain safety standards and contribute to a culture of safety on site.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient drilling performance and equipment integrity.

Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experienced Drillers for a long term FIFO opportunity with one of Western Australia's largest magnetite mining operations.

Whether your background is Rotary, Drill & Blast, RC, Diamond, Directional or Underground Drilling, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year drilling experience

• National Police Clearance
