MK Drilling Contractors Pty Ltd – Coolum QLD is seeking an entry-level drillers assistant/offsider to join our geotechnical drilling team based on the Sunshine Coast. Local-based work with occasional travel, weekend shifts, and potential site work away from home.

We support career progression, offer national accreditation, and operate on private and government contracts in QLD. Applicants must live on the Sunshine Coast and be prepared for outdoor, physical work.

Qualifications

• Construction white Card is required.
• Light Rigid driver's license minimum (HR open licence preferred).

• Operate Both Truck and Light Vehicle
• Assist driller in setup of drilling rig
• Collect soil and rock samples
• Perform prestart checks and general maintenance
• Conduct all work tasks in a safe manner as outlined in company procedures

MK Drilling is seeking to employ entry level drillers assistant/offsiders.

We are a local Sunshine Coast family owned geotechnical, and water bore drilling company operating throughout Australia. Working on private, civil& government contracts.

Due to increased workloads and continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic hard-working entry-level drillers assistant to meet with our client demands.

Career progression is encouraged and national accreditation provided.

MK Drilling is based in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast servicing all QLD.

Applicants MUST live on Sunshine Coast, this is NOT a FIFO role.

This role is entry level.

We are a geotechnical drilling contractor that occasionally conduct geotechnical drilling inside mine sites.

Majority of our work islocal based but some weekend work and working away will be required (project specific).

Successful applicants will be required to undergo drug/alcohol screening prior to employment
