Aston Advantage is recruiting for entry-level mining roles across NSW with immediate starts. You’ll receive full training with a clear progression path from Offsider to Driller as you gain experience, supported by a strong payroll with hourly earnings.

No prior experience is required; candidates must be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to pass medical, police, and D&A checks. Expect 12-hour shifts across multiple rosters and rapid on-the-job development.

Qualifications

• Strong labouring or hands-on experience.
• Physically fit and resilient.
• Manual driver’s licence (HR highly regarded).
• Able to pass medical, police & D&A checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drilling operations as offsider.
• Support underground, surface and blast drilling.
• Follow safety procedures and training.
• Contribute to a structured progression with pay increases.
