Job summary

Field Mining Services Group is seeking an Experienced Drill Fitter to operate within the Bowen Basin’s Diesel Division. You will diagnose and repair heavy machinery on site, with preference for Sandvik drill experience, in a demanding mining environment.

This 7:7 rostered role offers an immediate start, a strong safety focus, and opportunities to work with a company that values its people and growth. Applicants must have trade qualifications, current site health requirements, and a valid

• Relevant Trade Qualification.
• Sandvik drill experience essential.
• Experience working in a mining environment.
• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 attainment.
• Current Drivers Licence.

• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to liaise with management and clients.
• Uncompromising attitude to safety.

We want you:

Experienced Drill Fitter wanted to join our Diesel Division in the Bowen Basin. You will have previous experience working on heavy machinery within a mining environment. Preferred fleet experience includes Sandvik Drills. This is a 7:7 Rostered opportunity with an immediate start.

With a proactive attitude towards safety and your ability to diagnose and repair heavy machinery, you will provide a high standard of service to our clients.

The successful applicant, will have:
