Qualifications

• Experience in shotfiring or drill and blast within mining operations.
• Or a relevant tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or similar.
• Understanding of blasting principles and mining processes.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Good communication and ability to work independently and with teams.
• Awareness of environmental considerations (vibration, dust, noise) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of technical blasting projects that add value to customer operations.
• Assist with blast design and on-site technical support, including EBS systems.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate and execute projects.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with site stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support on blasting practices and product application.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across blasting operations.
• Actively develop your technical capability through training and practical experience.
