Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking a skilled Dozer / Heavy Machinery Operator for a busy landfill and resource recovery facility in Queensland. You will operate tracked dozers (Cat D6–D8) to manage cell slopes, push cover material, and keep site operations running smoothly.

We offer great pay at $45.45/hr + super + overtime penalties, with 50–60+ hours per week and a 3-month temp-to-perm transition into a stable career. A strong team and safety-focused culture support you in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Dozer Ticket (Mandatory) and White Card.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Experience operating heavy machinery in civil, quarry, or landfill settings.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Operate tracked dozers (Cat D6–D8) to push, layer, compact, and grade materials.
• Maintain cell slopes, site roads, stockpiles, and drainage.
• Perform daily pre-starts, fluid checks, and minor maintenance.
• Ensure material placement meets EPA guidelines.

Seeking a skilled Dozer / Heavy Machinery Operator for a fast-paced landfill & resource recovery facility in 4306 QLD. You will operate heavy tracked gear (Cat D6–D8) to manage cell slopes, push cover material, and keep site operations running smoothly.
