Job summary

Gold Fields is seeking an experienced dozer operator for the St Ives Gold Mine surface mining team in Western Australia. You will shape pits, dumps and stockpiles, operating Komatsu dozers on a residential roster in Kambalda/Kalgoorlie while maintaining safety and site standards.

Join a leading gold producer offering a structured roster, six days off per cycle, relocation support and generous leave. Candidates with HR licenses are preferred and prior dozer experience is essential.

• Must have a manual driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability operating dozers in a surface mining environment.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will play a key part in surface production, operating dozers to shape pits, dumps, and stockpiles while working safely and efficiently as part of our Surface Mining team at our owner-operated St Ives Gold Mine.

Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.
