Position Overview We are seeking a Household Cleaner to join our team in Kelso, QLD. This role focuses on general home cleaning tasks and scheduled mattress steam cleaning to ensure our clients’ living spaces are kept safe, clean, and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities As a Household Cleaner, you will:

• Perform general household cleaning, including:
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs to maintain a dust-free environment.
• Mopping hard floors to ensure they are hygienic and streak-free.
• Dusting surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors.
• Keeping kitchens clean by wiping benches, cleaning sinks, stovetops, and appliances.
• Complete scheduled mattress steam cleaning every 6 weeks, ensuring:
• Safe and effective use of steam cleaning equipment.
• Removal of allergens, dust mites, and stains for healthier living conditions.
• High-quality results that meet The Well Team’s service standards.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures for handling equipment and cleaning products.
• Maintain professionalism by respecting client property and working efficiently within allocated timeframes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential (training provided).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver consistently high cleaning standards.
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Professionalism: Positive, respectful, and team-oriented.

Schedule & Hours

• Fortnightly household cleaning visits – 2 hours per visit
• Mattress steam cleaning – approx. every 6 weeks (9 visits per year)
• With potential for additional work

• Driver’s licence & reliable transport (preferred)
• Commitment to safe and professional cleaning practices
