Job summary

Mecwacare seeks compassionate casual home support workers to help clients live independently at home on the Mornington Peninsula. You will provide practical cleaning and domestic assistance with empathy, reliability and respect.

Responsibilities include tidying kitchens and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, making beds and assisting with shopping. Travel to client homes in Mt Eliza, Mornington, Rosebud and Portsea with a valid smartphone and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Casual role with 4 days of availability Monday to Friday.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to relate to older people and adapt to changing client needs.
• Clean and assist with domestic tasks in clients' homes.
