Job summary

The Mercy Health Group is seeking a Domestic Assistant to support Home Care clients in Parkville and surrounding western suburbs. You will perform domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry to help clients live independently at home.

Casual position with flexible hours and at least three weekday availabilities; a valid driver’s license and access to a car are preferred. You will be part of a supportive service team delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Evidence of First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required or in process
• NDIS Orientation Module Completion Certificate
• Driver’s License and car insurance/registration may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance including cleaning and laundry for Home Care clients.
• Support clients to live independently at home with flexible hours.
• Join a dedicated service team and maintain clear communication with clients and families.
