Job summary

NW Mining & Civil are seeking an experienced Dogman to join our client’s team on a current construction project based in Redcliffe.

You will work on a tower crane crew with a Monday–Friday roster and occasional Saturdays, with 8-12 hour shifts, on a 12‑month project. On offer are excellent, above‑award pay rates and industry allowances. Applicants should be reliable, versatile, and strong communicators, ready to contribute to safety and productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years tower crane experience.
• DG High Risk licence required.
• Current driver's licence or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Dogman on tower crane crew on a current project.
• Roster is Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.
• Shifts between 8–12 hours; project expected to run ~12 months.
• Maintain safety and effective communication on site.

NW Mining & Civil are seeking an experienced Dogman to join our client’s team on a current construction project based in Redcliffe.

Our client is a leader in the tower crane and materials handling industries, servicing clients throughout SE QLD and northern NSW. As we support them to provide skilled labour to their valued clients, you will be joining a team that values safety, reliability, innovation and career progression.

A current vacancy exists for a Dogman with a minimum 2 years of experience working in a tower crane crew.

Along with the above experience, the right attitude & work ethic are crucial to succeed. Applicants should be reliable, versatile, team players and great communicators.

Roster will be Monday to Friday with most Saturdays, working between 8-12hr shifts with 10 being the most common. We are seeking people who are committed to the long term success of the project, which is expected to run for another 12 months.

Excellent pay rates (plus penalties) are on offer for this casual work, well above award and inclusive of all industry allowances.
