This role would best suit someone with prior document control and HSEQ management system experience.

Assist in the administration of the management system across the business, including the review and implementation of policies, procedures and systems established for compliance, assurance and to regulate governance of the Company.

THE ROLE
  • Liaise with SME’s and business units to create policies, procedures and processes in line with legislation, certification and business strategy requirements
  • Manage, maintain and improve the Business Management System (BMS)
  • Work closely with all business unit and department managers to support compliance
  • Positively influence compliance, good practice standards, risk mitigation and regulatory outcomes
  • Co-ordinate and provide training and education on process, procedures and adherence to compliance
  • Manage the record keeping and version control of the Company BMS or registers
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on scheduled reviews
ABOUT YOU

Naturally you are an effective communicator with a proactive approach. You can understand client requirements and maintain positive relationships.

  • Ability to understand and interpret complex subject matter
  • Previous experience in a document and systems management role within the Construction industry
  • Ability to communicate across various levels
  • Experience in working with engineers and project teams to create technical support content
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
