• Proactively find, attract and recruit new doctors to grow our clinical team
• Design and deliver initiatives to enhance doctor engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• Reconnect with former doctors through tailored outreach and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing to create doctor-focused campaigns and events
• Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and future workforce demands
