Job summary

Symmetry Human Resources - Kemps Creek NSW is seeking reliable dockhands for an efficient, high-volume warehouse role. The PM shift runs 3.30pm–8.30pm, with pay at $38.76 per hour plus Super, supporting inbound and outbound freight.

Responsibilities include unloading containers, sorting freight, loading vehicles, and general dockhand duties. Candidates should be physically fit, attend reliably, and have transport to Kemps Creek.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift up to 25kg repeatedly.
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Own reliable transport to Kemps Creek.
• Previous dockhand/warehouse or container unloading experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight containers.
• Sort cartons and freight using conveyor systems.
• Load goods into delivery vehicles.
• Break down pallets and perform general dockhand tasks.

The Role

We are currently seeking reliable Dockhands to support inbound and outbound freight operations.

• PM Shift 3.30pm to 8.30pm - $38.76 per hour plus Super

Duties Include

• Unloading freight containers
• Sorting cartons and freight using conveyor systems
• Loading goods into delivery vehicles
• Breaking down pallets
• General dockhand and warehouse duties

What We're Looking For

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg repeatedly
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Own reliable transport to travel to Kemps Creek
• Previous dockhand, warehouse, or container unloading experience (preferred)

All Symmetry HR pay rates are above the applicable award rates.
