Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking reliable Dockhands to join a busy freight and logistics operation in Larapinta. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse with consistent, ongoing hours and weekly pay.

You'll unload parcels (1kg-30kg), place freight on conveyors, scan and sort, and rotate across warehouse duties. Full training provided and a clear path to permanency for reliable workers.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling.
• Experience with heavy lifting or labouring is an advantage.
• Reliable and strong work ethic with a team focus.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical incl. drug/alcohol testing.
• Full working rights in Australia and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Unload parcels (1kg-30kg) from containers.
• Place freight onto conveyor belts for sorting.
• Scan, sort, stack and wrap freight as required.
• Work in a repetitive, high-volume environment.
• Maintain a steady pace to meet daily targets.
• Rotate across different warehouse duties once trained.

• AM Shift 5am - 5:30am starts / PM Shift 2pm - 3:30pm starts
• Shift lengths shifts depending on parcel volumes and business requirements - average 4-6 hours daily

We’re currently looking for reliable Dockhands to join a busy freight and logistics operation based in Larapinta. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse with consistent, ongoing hours.

• Great for previous container crew workers or staff with physical backgrounds in labouring
• Pay $40+per hour depending on shift
• AM Shift 5am - 5:30am starts / PM Shift 2pm - 3:30pm starts
• Shift lengths shifts depending on parcel volumes and business requirements - average 4-6 hours daily
• Daily rosters

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Unloading parcels (1kg-30kg) from containers
• Placing freight onto conveyor belts for sorting
• Scanning, sorting, stacking, and wrapping freight
• Working in a repetitive, high-volume environment
• Maintaining a steady pace to meet daily targets
• Rotating across different warehouse duties once trained
