Job summary

Synergie in Brisbane is seeking reliable Dockhands for our busy Larapinta freight operation. These ongoing roles are hands-on, physically demanding, and offer consistent hours with AM or PM shifts.

You’ll unload parcels, place freight on belts, and assist with scanning and sorting in a fast-paced warehouse. Weekly pay, full training, and a clear path to permanency are provided. Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical with drug/alcohol testing and have Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling.
• Prior experience with container unloading is advantageous.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
• Full working rights in Australia and reliable transport are required.

Responsibilities

• Unloading parcels (1kg-30kg) from containers.
• Placing freight onto conveyor belts for sorting.
• Scanning, sorting, stacking, and wrapping freight.
• Working in a repetitive, high-volume environment.
• Maintaining a steady pace to meet daily targets.
• Rotating across different warehouse duties once trained.

Dockhands | AM & PM Shifts | Larapinta

We're currently looking for reliable Dockhands to join a busy freight and logistics operation based in Larapinta. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse with consistent, ongoing hours.

• Great for previous container crew workers or staff with physical backgrounds in labouring
• Pay $40+per hour depending on shift
• AM Shift 5am-5:30am starts / PM Shift 2pm-3:30pm starts
• Shift lengths depending on parcel volumes and business requirements average 4-6 hours daily
• Daily rosters

What You’ll Be Doing:
