• Work closely with the Design Manager to mentor and develop the Structures team.
• Deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions and technical oversight.
• Collaborate with the executive team on strategic direction and growth initiatives.
• Work with the National Structures Manager to develop strategies across the structures teams in all states.
• Work with other discipline leaders on growth and development of the business locally and nationally.
• Push cross discipline marketing for L+R to all clients.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Division Manager to lead our Brisbane Structural Engineering team. This is a rare opportunity to combine operational leadership, business growth and hands-on project delivery in a key role within a growing national consultancy. This role would suit someone who has started to move beyond pure technical delivery and is ready to take full ownership of a growing division including P&L accountability, leading the team, client relationships and overseeing delivery.
