Job summary

John Therry Catholic College in Rosemeadow, NSW, invites applications for a Diverse Learning Teacher to support growth in faith and learning for diverse learners in a mainstream setting. This temporary full-time/part-time position runs from 28 January 2027 to 20 December 2027.

The successful applicant will apply PB4L principles, adapt teaching to diverse needs, and collaborate with colleagues, parents and carers to develop personalised learning plans within a Catholic school community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School.
• Apply PB4L principles to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching to diverse needs of students, including disability.
• Plan for and implement effective teaching in nominated KLA(s).
• Use varied assessment strategies and analyse data to inform learning.
• Engage professionally with colleagues, parents / carers and the wider school community.
