Job summary

Maryborough District Health Service seeks an experienced Registered Nurse/Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join the District Nursing team, providing home-based care with a focus on person-centred outcomes.

In this fixed-term, part-time role (64 hours per fortnight) you will apply broad clinical skills, work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and autonomously in the community to support clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in district nursing or community-based care.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated experience in district nursing or community-based care

• A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Confidence and capability to work autonomously in the community
• A genuine passion for supporting people within their own homes
