Job summary

Orica is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for our Yarwun, Queensland operations. You will coordinate the movement of products across domestic and export networks, ensuring on-time, full deliveries while collaborating with manufacturing, logistics providers, and internal teams.

You will support transport planning, inventory management, and documentation across road, rail, and port operations, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency in a global manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport scheduling, distribution, or a related operational environment.
• Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate priorities and delivery schedules.
• Knowledge of freight, warehousing, transport operations, export logistics, or shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and export deliveries to ensure on-time, safe, and compliant shipments.
• Manage transportation activities across road, rail, port, and warehouse operations.
• Prepare and manage transport, shipping, and export documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock reconciliations, and support stocktake activities.
• Process logistics transactions and maintain shipment and inventory records in SAP and related systems.
