About The Opportunity

As a Distribution Licensee, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a region and lead business growth efforts in sectors such as Aquaculture, Hemp, Nut, Stone Fruit, Vegetables, Grain Pre-Farmgate, or Grain Post-Farmgate.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  1. Building and Managing Customer Relationships: Prospect, engage, and support customers across agriculture, aquaculture, and related sectors.
  2. Driving Sales and Commercial Strategy: Implement structured sales systems and action plans to maximise customer conversions.
  3. Leading Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and penetration.
  4. Financial Management: Oversee regional financial performance, manage profitability, and identify opportunities for trade sales and capital growth.
  5. Marketing and Business Development: Execute marketing strategies to promote products and raise brand visibility.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with clients, industry bodies, and partners.
  7. Travel and Representation: Represent the brand at customer sites, regional meetings, and industry events within your territory.
About You

The ideal licensee will bring:

  1. Business Development and Sales Expertise: Proven success managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets, preferably in agriculture, AgTech, or commercial markets.
  2. Strong Financial Acumen: Ability to oversee budgets, forecast growth, and evaluate performance.
  3. Experience in Commercialisation: Ideally familiar with launching, scaling, or managing technology solutions.
  4. Capital Raising/Investment Familiarity: Experience raising funds or driving trade sales is highly advantageous.
  5. Passion for Innovation and Sustainability: Alignment with the company’s mission to lead ethical and sustainable wildlife management solutions.
  6. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence and close deals with diverse stakeholders.

You’ll also need:
