Job summary

Jigsaw is recruiting an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead a large-scale operation in Perth. You will own the DC, manage a two-shift workforce, and drive safety, service, cost control and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a hands-on, visible leader with a collaborative style who can build and sustain high-performing teams and create long-term value for the operation. Australian rights are required.

Qualifications

• Proven DC/Warehouse/Operations leadership experience.
• Strong warehouse and transport experience.
• Experience managing an owned fleet is highly desirable.
• Strong people leadership and coaching capability.
• Hands-on, visible and collaborative leadership style.
• Someone who wants to build something for the long term.
