To conduct the review of disputes to ensure the decision is technically sound and to provide a strategy on how to progress the dispute. Proactively engage with employers, the Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) and employee representatives to facilitate early resolution. Formally represent Allianz at conciliation conferences in accordance with WorkSafe and AAL policies and procedures. Support the Targeted Dispute Resolution (TDR) Program as required. Ensure dispute resolution practices comply with Allianz/WorkSafe licence requirements. Keep systems updated with initial reviews, pre-conciliation reviews and outcomes within set timeframes. Provide superior customer service to all parties. Identify skill gaps in technical and legal matters and provide input on training needs in collaboration with the team manager. Attend the monthly Technical & Legal Management Meeting to share feedback for capability improvement.
