Kaleidescope Legal Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a capable Legal Assistant to support a dispute resolution Partner and a respected workplace relations team. The role covers file management, document production, and diary coordination in a dynamic, supportive environment.

You will liaise with clients and professionals, draft briefs, prepare court materials, and coordinate conferences and mediations, with mentoring from senior lawyers and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a legal assistant in a litigation or workplace relations team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with initiative.
• Professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage all administrative aspects of files.
• Draft briefs and court documents.
• Coordinate diaries and appointments.
• Liaise with clients, medical professionals, lawyers and barristers.
• Coordinate conferences, mediations and other hearings.
