Job summary

MacDonaldtown Pharmacy is seeking a part-time pharmacy technician to join our small, friendly team in Toowoomba. The role (20-25 hours per week) supports Webster packing and dispensary operations, with handover and ongoing staff support provided.

You will work alongside our Webster packing coordinator, serve customers, and maintain confidentiality with meticulous attention to detail. Prior dispensary or Webster packing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy dispensary and/or Webster packing experience required

• Webster packing (Webstercare Medspro) training provided
• Providing dispensary and pharmacy front shop support as needed
• Communicating with a variety of clientele (i.e. medical surgeries, customers, other pharmacies etc)

We are an independently owned pharmacy with a small, close-knit team of staff members, and pride ourselves on maintaining a happy work culture and friendly working environment. We are customer service driven, always ensuring the utmost care for our clients.

Job details

• Webster packing (Webstercare Medspro), training will be provided
• Providing dispensary and pharmacy front shop support as needed
• Communicating with a variety of clientele (i.e. medical surgeries, customers, other pharmacies etc)
• Approximately 20-25 hours a week, roster to be mutually decided
• The successful candidate will be given a hand-over period where they can job shadow our current dispensary technician. There will also be ongoing staff support.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy dispensary and/or webster packing experience required
