What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Technician to become an integral part of our dynamic pharmacy team. Working alongside experienced mentors in a fast-paced dispensary, your primary focus will be making our dispensary really hum!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the accurate dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
• Receive and process prescriptions from customers
• Provide informed over-the-counter (OTC) product recommendations
• Manage inventory, including unpacking and organising stock
• Ensure dispensary and pharmacy areas remain clean and well-maintained
• Prepare and update Webster packs in line with current medication charts
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a pharmacy technician is essential
• Holds an S2/S3 Certificate; completion of a Pharmacy Technician course is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Minfos dispensing software is advantageous
• Possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a team setting
• Highly attentive to detail, reliable, and efficient
