Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in case work/case management.
• Strong service coordination skills including warm referral and advocacy.
• Highly developed communication skills to engage people in distress.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed practice and disaster impacts.
• Strong administration capability including client documentation and care plans.
• Ability to work flexibly in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Response case support and case management.
• Support people with complex recovery needs due to emergencies.
• Travel to impacted sites across various shires.
