Job summary

BE Supports is seeking 2 reliable, caring Casual Support Workers to join our growing team in Greater Western Sydney. You will provide person-centred support to people with disability, helping participants live more independently and engage with their community.

There are a number of shifts available, with ongoing work for the right candidates. You will support daily living, personal care, community activities, transport, and life skills development, contributing to meaningful, people-centred

Qualifications

• Previous experience in disability, aged care, community services or a similar role is desirable
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion (or willingness to complete)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine commitment to providing respectful, person-centred support
