You’ll apply trauma-informed, strengths-based practice and Positive Behaviour Support to help participants achieve goals and participate in the community, with flexible rosters and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Driver Licence
• Working with Children's Check - Blue Card
• Australian working rights

Responsabilités

• Use strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to help participants build independence and daily living skills
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
• Promote choice, control and self-determination
• Facilitate community participation and social connection
• Support participants to achieve individual goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
