About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing person-centred support to a male client living with disability in Gosnells. Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community.

Permanent part-time opportunity every Wednesday 9am to 2pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Are you a foodie who loves op shopping? You will have plenty to chat about!
• Independently support a client 1:1 in home and in the community
• Provide transportation to appointments or community access
• Empower clients to find their strengths and promote independence

Skills & Experience

• Ability to work autonomously supporting clients one on one in the community
• An unrestricted WA driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Demonstrated ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktop
• A current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID003 or HLTAID011

Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
