Job summary

4EVA Group PtyLtd is seeking a Disability Support Worker – Casual in Sutherland Shire to support children with disabilities within the same families on an ongoing basis, not one-off shifts.

Ideal candidates are experienced support workers or retired nurses/healthcare professionals transitioning into disability support, with full NDIS induction provided to help you build lasting relationships with participants and their families.

Qualifications

• Current WWCC
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Background in disability support, nursing, aged care or similar

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal and community support to children with disabilities
• Build trusted, consistent relationships with participants and families
• Assist with mobility, personal care, and community access
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
