Job summary

Southern Cross Community Healthcare – Maroubra NSW is seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide full care and assistance to a ventilated 31-year-old male with a spinal cord injury, helping him live at home with his family.

Duties include ventilation and tracheostomy management, medication administration, assistance with allied health tasks, domestic tasks, and meticulous documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
• Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)
• Current references
• Current driver’s licence and your own car with insurance
