Job summary

Scope (Aust) is seeking hands-on support workers to assist clients with high dependency needs in NSW. The role involves intensive personal care, mealtime support and epilepsy management, with shifts across a flexible roster including early mornings and evenings.

Applicants should have full Australian working rights, a NSW driver licence, vehicle access, and be prepared to complete reporting using computer systems. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights
• Regular access to a vehicle
• Current NSW Driver Licence (P2 or higher)
• Flexible availability for short shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide extensive personal care and high-care supports including showering, toileting, continence management, hoist transfers, dressing and mealtime assistance.
• Confidently use computer-based systems and complete clear, accurate reporting within required timeframes.
